If for any reason you're not completely happy with your product, you have a generous window of 60 days from the time you receive your item to return it.

Whether the hearing aid isn't meeting your specific needs, or you've simply changed your mind about the product, we've got you covered.

Perhaps the device isn't providing the level of sound clarity you were hoping for, or maybe it's not fitting as comfortably as you expected. It's also possible that after trying it out in your day-to-day life, you've realized it's not the right solution for your hearing needs.

Even if you've had a change of heart for any reason, be it about the style, design, or features of the hearing aid, we're here to ensure your satisfaction.

You can return the product anytime within 60 days, knowing that our goal is to provide hearing aids that improve your quality of life, and we stand by your right to decide if the product is truly right for you.

It's important to note that our return policy allows you to return items for any reason during this 60-day period, making it incredibly flexible for our valued customers.

However, after this time frame of 60 days has passed, all sales are considered final, and returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Process

First, ensure that you have used your Hearing8s hearing aids for more than 30 days and less than 60 days before requesting a refund. We provide a full refund within 60 days after delivery. However, in order to be eligible for a return, 30 days from the delivery date must have passed. This is because your ears will take time to get used to our hearing aids and you will not be able to experience the full benefits before 30 days of use. After 30 days from delivery have passed, you will still have 30 more days to return your hearing aids.

If 30 days have passed, then you are eligible for a full refund. Kindly follow the below procedure to return your item:

  1. Call our Customer Support team at +1-833-309-0292 so they can register your refund request, and provide you with a Returns Request Reference (RRR).
  2. If no agents are available, please send an email to Support@hearing8s.com with subject line - "Customer Refund"

    And we will get back over email to complete your request

  3. Once you have received a RRR from our Customer Service Team, pack the item securely.
  4. Write your Name, Order Number and RRR on the package.
  5. Ship the item to the returns address provided below (but only after you have called us and obtained your RRR, otherwise your refund may be rejected).
  6. Please note, we do not provide return labels. The customer will cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
  7. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and with all of the accessories included. If any of the accessories are missing or if you don't return everything in its original packaging, you will not be eligible for a return.
  8. Please send us (via email) the return tracking number once you've shipped the item. Kindly include a clear photo of the return tracking receipt for verification.

Please note: After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 1-2 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 10 days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

This means that if your hearing aid breaks or encounters any issues due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, we've got you covered.

Whether it's a technical malfunction, an issue with the sound quality, or any other performance-related problem, we'll take care of the repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Warranty Claims Process

To claim your 1-year warranty, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us at legal@hearing8s.com or call +1-833-309-0292 explaining the issue that you are encountering with your product.
  2. Our customer support will assist you and after we understand the issue that you are facing, we will send you a new pair of hearing aids and collect the defective one.
